The Ambience Generator is a plugin I made to setup quick, adaptable custom ambiences. The original idea came when I talked to my friend who runs our tabletop games as a dungeon master. Being able to make your own ambience on the fly would increase the immersion of the story.
Not only for tabletop games but also for theaters, any other shows or even trying to time the ambiences in a DAW so it can be used in linear or game audio as well.
This tool tries to take care of all that while also using a small weather API feather to mimic a simple rendition of the ambience where you live. This in-depth video shows how everything is setup and how it can be used.
The Arctic Chorus is the first ever plugin I made. As an amateur bass player that loves the chorus effect it was an easy choice to try and make a chorus fit for the bass guitar. The issue is often that the low frequencies are getting unclear/muddy when they go through a chorus.
That's why the Arctic Chorus has a bass mode, which splits the signal in 2 parts at a frequency of your choice. Both of these parts can be separately modulated, allowing you to not modulate the low end, keeping the clarity of the bass while still having the effect.
The other way around is also possible, opening up possibilities for sound design as well. I used this plugin on the mace placement of Vordt inside my Sound Design Reel to make it feel heavy and impactful.
